GIGABYTE
GB, GIG. A measurement of computer memory; 1 gigabyte (gig, GB) equals 1,024 megabytes (megs, MB).
GRAYSCALE (SEE ALSO BLACK & WHITE)
The display and printing of images in shades of gray, traditionally referred to as Black & White. Computers can display up to 256 shades of gray, which is sufficient to smoothly reproduce the gradations in a traditional black and white photograph.
